Dépannage

Vérifiez les points suivants avant de contacter votre revendeur afin d’obtenir de l’aide. Si le
problème persiste, consultez votre revendeur Sony local.

Problème

Cause/Solution

Connexion au réseau impossible.

Le support de stockage n’est pas
détecté.

• Le BKM-FW50 n’est pas correctement installé

dans l’écran.

Insérez entièrement le BKM-FW50 dans
l’emplacement et serrez les vis de fixation.

• Le câble n’est pas correctement raccordé au

port réseau.

t

Branchez le câble correctement dans le port
réseau.

• Les réglages réseau sont incorrects.

t

Si vous utilisez un navigateur Web à partir
de l’ordinateur, vérifiez les réglages réseau
de ce dernier.
Appuyez sur la touche RESET du BKM-
FW50 et maintenez-la enfoncée pendant au
moins 3 secondes, tous les réglages de
l’appareil reviennent à leurs valeurs par
défaut. Procédez de nouveau au réglage.

• Le type de câble utilisé est incorrect.

Utilisez un câble droit ou un câble croisé
adapté à votre environnement réseau.

• Le support de stockage est endommagé.

Essayez un autre support de stockage.
