The READ BLOCK LIMITS command tells the drive to return its limits for Block Length. The READ BLOCK LIMITS 
data shown below will be sent during the DATA transfer phase of the command. The command does not reflect 

the currently selected block size, only the available limits of the fixed mode block size. MODE SENSE returns the 
current block size. 2 bytes is the minimum and 16 Mbytes-2 byte is the maximum block size which the unit can 
support.
