I cannot use the Internet/WAP
Possible cause
: Your subscription does not include
data capability.
Solution

Possible cause
: There is no SmartChip in the phone
or you may have inserted it incorrectly.
Solution
: Insert a SmartChip.

: Remove the SmartChip and clean it. Also
check that the card is not damaged in a way that may
