Unhook the snap hook on the top right side of the phone. 
The right hand side of the 

front sub 

is now released. 

Do the same thing on the left hand side (starting at the 

system connector

) and repeat all steps above.

CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE FRONT SUB
