You can input your e-mail address using up to 20 single byte alphanumerics in lowercase
including "-" (hyphen) and "." (period). Note, however, that "." cannot be used in a row, or at
the beginning or end of your e-mail address. Also, your e-mail address cannot be prefi xed
by "0." Characters and symbols shaded in the table are not allowed before @ of "
