Auto Updating
The CMS can be configured to update at a user configurable rate.
From the menu bar, click on <
Options > and then select < Change
Update Time > from the drop-­‐down menu. Adjust the update time
accordingly. Click < OK > to submit the change, or click < Cancel > to
discard the change.
Auto updating can also be disabled.
From the menu bar, click on <
Options > and then select < Change
Update Time > from the drop-­‐down menu. Remove the tick from the
< Auto Update > box. Click < OK > to submit the change, or click < Cancel >
to discard the change. This is recommended on larger networks.
Refreshing Node Data
NB
-­‐ Do NOT try to update device information while in auto-­‐commissioning mode. This may cause network
errors.
It should be noted that, unless requested, an ED, router or RF-­‐IOM will only send its measurement data.
To obtain configuration data, right click on a node and then select
<
Refresh Node Information > from the drop-­‐down menu.
To manually refresh network data, right click on a blank space (on the text or graphical display) and then
select <
Refresh Network Information > from the drop-­‐down menu.
