A: How to Clean Your Custom Mold

In most cases, there is a hole through the Custom

Mold (below the speaker unit). This is the vent.

The vent should never be clogged with earwax.

·

Handle your hearing aid over a soft surface to avoid

damage in case you drop it

·

Insert a cleaning tool from the opposite end (nearest

the speaker wire), and push through to remove wax

·

If no cleaning tool was supplied with your hearing aid,

please contact your hearing care professional
