I. Overview
As part of its Premier Partner Program, Vantage Equinox products support the Somfy URTSI 2 for control of your shades. After
setting up the URTSI 2
in Design Center, the Equinox shades
widget user interface automatically appears in the EQ41 and EQ73 in-
wall touch screens and on mobile devices installed with the Equinox App (available for iPhones, iPads, iPods, and Android products).

III. Notes
The Somfy URTSI 2 supports 200 groups of individual shades and groups consisting of more than one shade.
In the Somfy product line-up, roller shades, honeycomb shades, and transition shades all have the same controls. In this
document, and in Design Center, all of them are referred to generically as ‘shades.’

ARE NOT
compatible with the RS-485 station. If a similar setup is desired and you are using RS-485
communication, it is best to use an RS-232 station with an RS-485 to RS-232 converter. For more information, see the
Installation Steps section.
