The "definitive" programming of the first control point can only be performed if the motorised
product travel end stops are set.
A. PROGRAMMING OF THE PRE

Press the PROG button on the pre-programmed control
point: the motorised product will move up and down; the
control point has been programmed definitively.
B. PROGRAMMING A CONTROL POINT THAT HAS NOT BEEN

1)
Cut the mains power supply (the pre-programmed control
point is now deleted).
2)
Restore the mains power supply. The motorised product
moves up and down briefly.
3)
Press the "Up" and "Down" buttons simultaneously until the
motorised product moves up and down.
4)
Press the PROG button on the control point briefly: the
motorised product will briefly move up and down; the
control point has been programmed.

The Somfy io control point used has
not been programmed into the motor.
Use a programmed control point or
program this control point.
The motorised
product stops too
soon or too late.
The crown is incorrectly positioned.
Fit the crown correctly.
The end limits have been incorrectly
set.
Readjust the end limits.

An io control point must be programmed definitively to complete these steps.
Readjusting the travel end stops
1)
Position the motorised products in its travel end stop
position that requires adjustment.
2)
Press the "Up" and "Down" buttons simultaneously until the
motorised product moves.
3)
Position the motorised product in its new travel end stop
position using the "Up" or "Down" buttons.
4)
Press the "my" button until the motorised product moves,
to confirm the adjustment.
