MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic oil
Please check the oil level every six months. The oil can be hydraulic
oil: ISO VG32
, its viscosity should be 32cSt at 40oC, total volume is about 4.0lt.
Daily check and maintenance
Check the truck daily before use, paying particular attention to the wheels and axles. Foreign objects such as cloths/cloths,
etc. can block the wheels, fork, mast or chain. When you have finished working with the truck, unload the forks and lower
them to the lowest position.
Care of moving parts
Use engine oil or grease to lubricate all moving parts.
HOW TO CHARGE STORAGE BATTERY
After approximately 4 hours (normal load) the battery of the truck must be charged. Only charge the battery in well
ventilated places. When charging is complete, disconnect the plug from the mains and store it safely in the chassis.
Charging takes approximately 6 hours if the battery is completely discharged. charge the battery when the voltage is
less than 10 volts.
• Charge the battery when the voltage is less than 10 volts.
• Please check the battery fluid before charging, if it is not sufficient, add some distilled water. Please always wear suitable
protective clothing (glasses, gloves)!
• The charging environment should be ventilated and away from fire sources.
• If the truck is not used for a long time, charge it for at least two hours per week.
• The voltage at the display should not exceed 15 volts when charging.
• Do not use the truck when charging.
CONTROL PANEL
Emergency switch
When actuated, the power supply is disconnected, by turning the emergency switch clockwise, the power supply is restored.
Voltmeter
Display of the battery voltage. If the voltage is below 10 volts, do not use the truck, but charge it first.
Control stick
This joystick controls the lowering or lifting of the forks.
