The Soleus PUSH can record and track your steps, sleep time,
wake time, and deep/light sleep patterns.
There are 2 LED lights inside the PUSH
RED = Sync Mode BLUE = Sleep Mode
Align the ARROW
at the top (12hr)
location as shown
when wearing
wristband for best
performance.
The Soleus Push uses a replaceable CR2032 battery. It is
recommended that you get it replaced by authorized
service agent.
If the battery is low, the RED and BLUE LED lights will
flash at 3 -5 second intervals.

The Soleus PUSH is in hibernation to conserve battery.
- press and hold S1 for 3 - 5 seconds
- the RED LED and BLUE LED lights will flash twice
- the BLUE LED will light up for 5 seconds and then turn off
- your device is now ready to use!
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Your PUSH device can store 7 days worth of data. When
PUSH memory is full, the oldest file will be automatically
deleted and replaced by newest file.
- We recommend that you sync your device with your
smartphone daily, so that all of your data will be stored in
the Soleus GO! app.
DATA MEMORY
Your device is water resistant but it is not recommended for
water sports. Should it become completely submerged in
water, dry it with a clean, dry cloth before pressing any
buttons. The button should never be pressed while the
device is submerged in water.
