14.1 The warranty card is shown in Appendix
14.2 Warranty scope specification:
If the quality problem occurs to the parts on the material, manufacturing or
assembly under normal use, the agent is responsible for maintaining or replacing
the parts.
The product will not be warrantied under the following circumstances:
01) Not correctly operate, use and care according to the operating instruction;
02) Not use the spare and accessory parts produced by the regular manufacturer;
03) Accident;
04) Privately alter the design of the electric scooter without approval of the company
(such as programming of controller);
OS) Damage caused by typhoon, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters.
