Thread the long strap
through the buckle at
the crown of your head,
fold the strap back, and
fasten securely.
Adjust the straps as needed
to provide a comfortable fit.
If you have an Orbital unit,
loosen the long strap at the
crown of your head and apply
your Orbital unit under your
Mandibular unit (below).
