Connecting the UPS to the electrical panel
When connecting the electrical panel to The Gamatronic UPS, a torque of 10 to 20 Nm is
recommended on the UPS terminal side. The lug size needed to fit a 3/8" or metric M10 screw
size.
Suitably rated circuit breakers must be installed between the UPS and the electrical panel.
A suitably rated fuse must be installed on the rectifier ac input line and bypass input line.
For system connections refer to Figure 9 or Figure 10; for circuit breaker
recommendations, refer to Table 4.
For an overview of circuit breaker selectivity, refer to Chapter
Warning: Connection of The UPS to the electrical panel must be
performed only by a licensed electrician experienced with similar
systems.
Warning: If two separate input lines are used for rectifier and bypass
input (as in Figure 9 and Figure 10), the Neutral line must be shared.

optimal installation conditions. Local code must be followed to coincide
with the site ambient temperatures, wire insulation type, conductor
material, length of cables, method of installation and voltage drop
