The following messages may appear on the screen:

lo: means that the battery has to be changed/
recharged.
•
Err: means that the appliance’s capacity has
been exceeded.
•
Errl: Means that the body fat index is too low.
Please take care of yourself and try to eat a more
nutritious diet.
•
Effh: Means that the body mass index is too high.
Please watch your diet and get more exercise.
•
C: Means that an error has occurred, please re -
peat the test to obtain a correct result.

After measuring, you can use the following table
as a reference to check if your measurement is
healthy:
3. Bluetooth connection:
•
Make sure that Bluetooth on your mobile device
is connected. If not connected, activate it on your
device in “Tools-Bluetooth”.
•
Use your foot to press the platform on the scales
to switch them on.
•
The scales will immediately connect to the devi -
ce once it is within range of the Bluetooth signal
(5-10 meters)
4. Measurement: Because the app is constantly up -
dated and improved the user guide is available in
the application itself..
5. If you do not get the measurement results on your
mobile app:
1. Make sure that Bluetooth connection is activa -
ted on your mobile.
2. Make sure the application is connected to the
scales (activated Bluetooth symbol in dark blue)
3. Make sure that you are within the coverage
range (5-10 m)
4. Make sure that the batteries are not dead.
5. Restart the scales and reconnect the device via
Bluetooth.

Clean the appliance using a damp cloth with a few
drops of detergent and then dry it.
•
Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or
base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, to
clean the appliance.
•
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
