Q: I can’t focus my camera
A: You should be able to focus your camera by manually adjusting the lens
Q: I’ve loaded Skype but I can’t see a picture
A: Close the AMCap program - you should not have the AMCap window open when
setting up Skype
Q: I installed the driver but my camera is not recognized in iChat
A: iChat requires software called iChatUSBCam to be installed (see page 42)
Q: The microphone in my camera doesn’t work / I have problem with audio
A: Check settings for Skype etc. (see page 13, 27, 41) / The microphone on this
camera is not compatible with Mac
Q: I can’t download the driver from CD
A: Download the driver from our website (see page 5, 21, 35)
Q: The software downloads but when I plug the webcam into the USB port
nothing happens - the installation wizard doesn’t recognise it
A: Try using another USB port
Q: I have installed the software but then the webcam comes up with a black
screen and no picture.
A: Try de-installing and re-installing the driver
Q: I can’t download the driver - I have tried the CD and website
A: Check your Antivirus Software is not blocking access
