SYMPTOM:
When I try to connect my phone and mobile
computer, the phone thinks that I am using a different mobile
computer that I previously paired with the phone.
POSSIBLE REASONS SOLUTION
The phone remembers the
name and device address of
the last mobile computer it
paired with using your CF
Card. Manually delete the pairing
from your phone. Refer to
your phone’s user
documentation for
instructions.
SYMPTOM:
After I soft reset my device, a message balloon
reports that a new modem is found.
POSSIBLE REASONS SOLUTION
Your device mistakes the CF
Card for a modem. Ignore the balloon.
