Always unplug machine before performance any maintenance efforts.

MOTOR DOES NOT TURN -
Check power supply and breakers are on. Unplug
machine and check for jammed ice. Pour hot water through machine to remove
jammed snow.
■
ICE SPINS SNOW WILL NOT COME OUT:
Ice piece(s) too large. Dump out ice and
use smaller ice pieces. Use ice pick to make smaller ice.
■
BLADE WILL NOT SHAVE:
Blade may be dull. Replace blade
(See order information).
■
SNOW CLOGGED EXIT:
Unplug. Scoop out exit or pour hot water through machine.
■
GRINDING RUBBING BANGING NOISE:
Foreign material in Ice Chamber. Unplug
and remove all ice and objects. Replace blade if damaged.

SLUSH NOT SNOW:
Ice is too warm. Place in freezer to harden before use.
