Install Tie-Down Ratchet Straps

1.  Attach ratchet strap mounting brackets to the 

holes in the upper corners of the side frames with 
1/2" x 1" cap screws and locknuts.

2.  Hook the ratchet strap hooks diagonally outward 

to the truck bed and tighten the ratchet straps.

3.  Move the spinner assembly from the 

storage/dump shipping position to the normal 
operating position following the instructions below.

Construct Sill Spacer

Measure the distance from the front end of the hopper 
sill to the front of the vehicle bed and make a spacer 
from 2" x 8" lumber to
