ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The spreader is shipped with tires partially
in
fl
ated. Using a manual pump, fully in
fl
ate the
tires to the psi setting shown on the tire sidewall.
2. Insert the end of the actuator rod into the
slide gate. Lock in place with hairpin clip and
5/16" washer as shown below.

and installing the tires. Use manual pump
only to in

ate. Refer to the tire sidewall for
manufacturer's recommended pressure. Do
not exceed the maximum in
fl
ation pressure.

3. Assemble the upper handle assembly to the main
frame. Simultaneously insert actuator rod into the
upper handle.
4. Attach clear protective cover to hopper.
