Wear Shoe Adjustment /
Replacement (if equipped)
Place blocks under the QuattroPlow (both sides)
to hold the wear shoe off the ground.
Remove the retaining pin, spacers and remove
the wear shoe.
Install or remove spacers for desired blade
clearance when installing wear shoe. Install
retaining pin.
Repeat procedures on the opposite side.
NOTE: Wear shoes must be set to the same
height.
Side Wing Cutting Edge
Replacement
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
Securely block up the attachment before
working underneath. Be cautious as the
cutting edge and hardware may be sharp.
Place blocks under the QuattroPlow (both sides)
to hold the side wing cutting edges off the ground.

Remove the two nuts and bolts (Item 1) [Figure
5] , hold down strip (2) and inner cutting edge
(Item 3).
Install new cutting edge, hold down strip, nuts and
bolts. Tighten hardware.
Repeat procedures on the opposite side.

Remove the three bolts (Item 1) [Figure 6]
washers, bushings, nuts and cutting edge (Item
2).
Install new cutting edge, bolts, washers, bushings
and nuts. Tighten hardware.
Repeat procedures on the opposite side.
