Step 4: Side Table / Front Basket / Lid Handle Assembly
Step 3: Wheel and Caster Assembly
Locate:
• (2) Locking casters
• (2) Wheels
• (1) axle
• (1) washer
• (1) Lock nut
Procedure:
Screw a locking caster into the left
front leg and the left rear leg, then
using the included wrench, tighten
the castors securely. Slide one wheel
onto the axle then insert the axle
thru the holes in the right front and
right rear legs. Slide the remaining
wheel onto the axle and secure with
the washer and lock nut.
NOTE: Do not over tighten
SET THE GRILL UPRIGHT
AND TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS.
Locate:
• (1) Side Table
• (1) Front Basket
• (1) Front Handle
• (1) Heat Shield
• (10) 1/4-20 x .59 Bolts
Procedure:
Screw (2) 1/4-20 x .59” bolts into the
lower holes on the left side of the
barrel (leave the screws out approx.
1/4”). Set the side table onto the (2)
bolts using the lower key holes. Screw
(2) 1/4-20 x .59” bolts from the inside
of the barrel into the top holes in the
side table. Tighten all (4) bolts. Attach
the front basket to the grill with (4)
1/4-20 x .59” bolts as shown. Attach
the heat shield to the inside of the lid
and handle to the outside of the lid as
shown with (2) 1/4-20 x .59” bolts .
