The DICAR can be used on all Smeg 60 hobs.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
•
It is recommended to ensure that slow-fried dishes and meat and other sauces will not
burn, without having to stir them constantly.
•
To use, simply place the DICAR on the auxiliary or semi-rapid burner with its glazed
surface facing upward.
•
The material the DICAR is made from allows a high temperature to be maintained
even after the burner is turned off. It thus allows energy saving, since the gas can be
turned off when foods are still not quite cooked.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Regular, thorough cleaning will keep the diffuser looking good in the long-term.
•
Wait for the diffuser to cool to lukewarm or cold before starting to clean.
•
Always clean with non-abrasive sponges and detergents to avoid damaging the glaze.
•
After cleaning, wait for the diffuser to dry completely before reusing.
•
Never wash in the dishwasher.
