z Enter the password (typically a number and letter code in groups of four,
separated by dashes, to be found on the backside of the device or the
packaging) and click
OK to verify the password. The password field
accepts the device password in any format, with or without dashes.
A confirmation box appears if the password was entered correctly. If a device
was not found, a message appears, providing suggestions to solve the problem.
Add
This button is used to add a device to the existing Powerline network by entering
the password of the device. A dialog box as in Figure 5-3 appears. Enter a
device name and the password to add the device.
