Viewing System Status
Step 5.
Click the
Go to Rights Manager
, if appropriate.
Clicking this button takes you to the Home Rights Manager screen, as
shown in
Figure 6-5
.

Viewing Active Session Information
Viewing active sessions provides information on client’s open sessions. From this
screen, you learn more about a client’s network traffic.
To view active sessions:
Step 1.
Click
View Active Sessions
.
The View Active Sessions screen appears, as shown in
Figure 5-5
.

Step 2.
You can filter by MAC address, protocol, port number, and by the number
of lines to be displayed.
Step 3.
You can sort by MAC addresses.
The column headings provide the following information about sessions, as shown
in
Table 5-3
.

Heading
Description
Protocol
The protocol for the client session. The following
protocols are translated from their numeric
strings: CMP, IGMP, TCP, UDP, ESP, AH, IP, and
PPTP. All other protocol are displayed as the
protocol number prefixed with a pound sign (#)
Idle
The time since the last packet was received.
