measures below.
(1)Inspect the air filter, do blow air through the
piping.
The pinion gear is
broken.
Excessive kinetic energy was
applied to the rotary actuator.
Replace the rotary actuator with the new one.
After that, take the measures below.
(1)Calculate the kinetic energy applied to the
rotary actuator and adjust the load and
rotation speed to make the value within the
allowable kinetic energy.
(2)Mount an external stopper or shock
absorber to absorb the impact force
.
In this case, provide a buffer angle to the
stroke of the actuator( Use 100
°
actuator in
the case of 90
°
stroke.) and touch it to an
external stopper or the shock absorber surely.
Insufficient rotating
Angle.
There is no margin on rotation
angle of actuator, hence
rotation range of actuator is
unsymmetrical with respect to
external stopper.
Remove the external stopper and confirm the
all rotations range of the actuator, and install
external stopper in correct position.
When external stopper is used, it is
recommended to use 100
°
for 90
°
and 190
°
for 180
°
.
The auto switch will
not operate or
operates incorrectly.
The auto switch is mounted in
an inappropriate position.
Mount the auto switch in the correct position.

Check that there is no strong magnetic field
