8. In the “TCP/IP Properties” dialog box, under the IP address tab,
locate your IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway. Record these
values in the spaces provided below.
9. Click the “DNS” tab to
see the primary and
secondary DNS servers.

10. After writing down your
IP settings, click the IP
address tab. Select
“Obtain IP address
automatically” and click
“OK.” Click “OK” again
to close the “Network”
window.
11. Windows may copy some files, and will then prompt you to restart
your system. Click “Yes” and your computer will shut down and
restart.
