5.1 Charging the battery
The battery should be fully charged before first use. Several charging and discharging
cycles may be necessary to achieve full battery capacity. Avoid excessive battery
discharge. This can damage the battery or shorten its service life. Use chargers that conform to
your device's specifications.
The device can heat up during charging.
It is a regular occurrence and should not affect
the stability or performance of the device. Do not leave the device to be charged
unattended as this may result in fire or damage to equipment or furniture.
We recommend that you charge the battery when the device is switched off. Charging
your device and playing music at the same time is possible, but increases the charging time.
Connect the micro USB plug of the supplied cable to the micro USB socket of the device.
Connect the other end of the cable to a powered USB adapter or, for example, a power
bank or free USB port on your computer. Under the on/off button, the device has a diode
indicating the charging process - during charging it lights up red. When charging is
complete, the LED will switch off. Disconnect the USB cable after charging.
5.2 Pairing the device with an audio source
1.
Switch on the loudspeaker using the button (1) on the casing. Ready for pairing with
an audio source will be indicated by a rapid flashing of the blue LED under this button.
2.
In the audio source, turn on Bluetooth if necessary and find the device
"
Hykker_EMX-320312
" in the list, and select it for pairing.
3.
For some devices, you may need to confirm pairing with a PIN. Most often it is
0000
if the audio source manual does not specify a different or no PIN.
4.
Successful pairing will be confirmed by a short beep and the blue LED under the
button (1) will light up continuously.
