By using the "Allen" key (L), remove
screw by turning counter clockwise.

Pull out the securing pin with
its securing lock.

Pull down footrest and open, for
first stage
Pull down sides of footrest
1. Insert I into the (retaining hole)
on rear of trike.
2. Insert the pin with safety lock.
3. Turn the pin until you hear a click.
