Indgredients:
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Powder Sugar
2 cups Water
2 tbsp Baking Soda
6 Bamboo skewers
• If using store bought frozen dough, please be sure to thoroughly thaw and
knead. Otherwise please complete the dough process found on page 9. Be
sure to read all the directions carefully.
• Lightly brush your SUPERPRETZEL Soft Pretzel Dog On a Stick Maker
with cooking oil, butter, or margarine.
• Preheat the SUPERPRETZEL PretzelDogs On-A-Stick Maker until the green
indicator light turns on.
• In a bowl, combine the baking soda and the water.
• Using two dough rectangles, combine them together. Continue this
process 5 more times. Gently roll the dough so that each can sit within
the individual molds.
• Insert a bamboo skewer through each one and set aside on a
baking sheet.
• Using the skewer as a handle, submerge each one into the Baking soda
and water mixture.
• Open the appliance and place each Soft Pretzel Dogs within each cavity.
• Close the unit and bake for 3-7 minutes.
• While the Soft Pretzel Dogs are cooking, in a bowl add the butter and
cinnamon. Place the bowl in the microwave for 25 seconds.
• Bake until the Soft Pretzel Dogs is lightly brown. For a crunchier coating leave
in longer.
• When the Soft Pretzel Dogs have finished cooking, remove and place them on
to a baking sheet. While the Soft Pretzel Dogs are still hot, using a pastry
brush, lightly brush the Soft Pretzel Dogs with the butter cinnamon. Lastly,
sprinkle the Soft Pretzel Dogs with the powdered sugar on all sides and enjoy.
