• Make sure you are using the correct charging socket for your
device. Wrong operation can cause damage to both your
device and the Power Bank.
• Only charge the Power Bank with the supplied power unit.
• Do not use the Power Bank in damp places such as bathrooms
or near water.
• Keep the Power Bank out of reach of children.
• Do not attach your device to the Power Bank input port.
• Do not expose the Power Bank to fire.
• Do not expose the Power Bank to hot environments over 60°C.
• Dropping, shaking or applying weight to the Power Bank can
damage the internal circuit and can cause damage to both the
Power Bank and your device.
• Do not attempt to open or repair the product.
• The Power Bank is designed and tested with Grid Pad devices.
Smartbox does not support using the Power Bank to charge
other devices.
• Tilt warning – if carrying your Power Bank in the bag provided
and mounting on a wheelchair, ensure this does not unbalance
your wheelchair
• There are strict regulations for lithium ion batteries on
airplanes. Different airlines have differing rules, so it is
recommended to contact your airline before you travel.
