What should I do if I
forget the password or
network configuration
settings?
- Reset your SmartBox by pressing and holding the reset button for 5
seconds - please note you will lose all your configuration settings
and will need to setup your SmartBox again.
If the Green LED becomes STEADY GREEN instead of flashing, it
means the network connection has failed. Please make sure the
router is functioning properly, re-connect the Ethernet cable and
power on the SmartBox again.
Cannot find the Camera
- Press the Reset button on the rear of the camera for 5 seconds. Try
setup procedure again.
Cannot pair the Solar
Siren
- The Solar Siren may need some charge before you can pair it with
your SmartBox, first please make sure the unit is in the off position
via the switch on the back of the unit.
Leave the unit outside in sunlight or you can use an artificial light
(yellow filament lamp) to charge, the minimum charge time for the
