Upgrade SPI Flash

1.

Attach the board's first Ethernet port (eTSEC1) to the host using a network cable.
Assuming that the IP address of the host is 192.168.0.197, and IP Address for board
is 192.168.0.253.

2.

Attach the board's first serial port (UART0) to the host using a serial port cable. The
serial port of the host can be set with the following parameters:
Baud rate= 115200; Data bits = 8; Parity = None; Stop bits = 1; Flow Control = None

3.

Power on the board. Normally, the following information can be seen at the terminal of
the host:
