Troubleshooting Tips
Factory Reset:
To perform a factory reset, please follow the steps below:
1.
On the splash screen that shows SaviStreamer D300 in the center, navigate to the top right
where the “Configure” button is. Select “System”
2.
This will bring up the Settings page, navigate to “Backup & reset”.
3.
Select “Factory data reset”
4.
Select “RESET MBX”
5.
Select “ERASE EVERYTHING”
6.
This will begin the factory reset, causing the device to reboot and display the SaviDecoder D300
screen a few times. Please note: The screen will flash multiple times and may take a few minutes
to complete the reboot. The LCD screen on the front will display “boot” until the process
completes and the splash screen that shows “SaviStreamer D300” will display again.
7.
You will now see the Source URL field empty and can be entered again.
