
Introduction
The HDX-Ultimate consists of a transmitter (TX) and
receiver (RX) unit that extend 4K HDMI signals 300 feet
on each side via Cat5e cables and up to 450 feet with
Cat6 cables. Optional controls include bi-directional IR
and RS-232 support.

Installation
1.
Turn off the computer, display, and speakers.
2.
Connect the HDMI cable to your computer and to the HDX-Ultimate-TX.
3.
Connect the display to the HDMI connector on the HDX-Ultimate-RX.
4.
Connect the HDX-Ultimate TX and RX units via Cat5e/6 cable.
** Connect optional RS-232 devices to HDX-Ultimate-TX and HDX-Ultimate-RX. **
5.
Connect the power cord and power on either the HDX-Ultimate-TX or the HDX-Ultimate-RX.
6.
The connection and power indicator lights should illuminate.
7.
Power on the computer, display, speakers and optional RS-232 devices.
