Technical Description
The allocation of the individual measuring channels to the different groups is set directly,
using the SMU parameters in the SCC:
"Device Set-up...SMUs...Devices...Parameters"

Information
Each individual measuring channel of an SMU can be allocated to a group in
a freely selectable manner. Under
"Group all chan."
, all measuring
channels of the SMU are allocated to one group. This avoids having to
allocate the individual measuring channels to a group as this then occurs
automatically for all the individual measuring channels.
Information
If individual measuring channels of the SMU are not to be included in the string
current monitoring system, then these should be allocated to group zero, since
string current monitoring is deactivated for this group.
