7 Sustitución del subgrupo DST

Instrucciones para la sustitución

3. Inserte los cables (rojo, azul claro, blanco, verde, negro y morado) de la parte superior e

inferior del subgrupo en los bornes y asegúrese de que todos los cables estén bien fijados.

4. Inserte el conectador de enchufe del cable plano en el subgrupo y asegúrese de que el

bloqueo esté activado.

5. Apriete la conexión de potencia de CC atornillada con los tornillos del contenido de la

entrega (TX20, par de apriete: 6,0 Nm [53,1 in-lb]). Respete que la posición sea la correcta
(BU = azul, BK = negro).

6. Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones del subgrupo de comunicación sustituido sean

correctas.

7. Coloque la tapa de la carcasa en la DC-Power Unit y apriete primero el tornillo arriba a la

izquierda y abajo a la derecha. A continuación apriete en cruz el resto de tornillos (TX 25,
par de apriete: 6 Nm (53 in-lb)).

8. Ponga en marcha el inversor (consulte el capítulo 8, página 126).

Sustitución del subgrupo DST

7.1

Comprobación del nuevo subgrupo

Para garantizar que pueda llevarse a cabo la sustitución de los subgrupos, antes del desmontaje
del subgrupo averiado debe comprobarse el estado del nuevo subgrupo.

Procedimiento:

1. Extraiga con cuidado hacia arriba el subgrupo de su embalaje. Procure que la pasta térmica

no se dañe o ensucie.

2. Compruebe si en la muestra de la pasta térmica de la cara posterior del subgrupo hay daños

o suciedad.

3. Si la muestra de la pasta térmica de la cara

posterior del subgrupo muestra daños, el subgrupo
tiene que sustituirse. Si hay pequeñas impurezas
(consulte la imagen), pueden retirarse con cuidado
con una herramienta puntiaguda. No debe
romperse la imagen de la rasqueta.

4. Coloque el subgrupo en el embalaje hasta su utilización.

7.2

Desmontaje del subgrupo DST

Requisito:

☐ La muestra de la pasta térmica no debe estar dañada ni sucia (consulte el capítulo 7.1,

Procedimiento:

1. Desconecte el inversor de la tensión (consulte el capítulo 5, página 113).
2. Desmonte el subgrupo CC-CEM (consulte el capítulo 6.1, página 115).
