HOW TO RIDE THE BOARD

Place the board on an even surface.
●
Place your leading foot on the front section towards the direction of movement – and straighten
the board up so that it is resting on the wheels.
●
Push the board forwards and place your other foot on the rear section (transfer your body weight
to the leading foot).
●
Now twist your hips in order to swing the rear section slightly from side to side. This twisting
movement, in which the hips and shoulders move in opposite
●
directions, creates momentum – assisted by the sloping position of the wheels. It is best to stand
upright with your knees slightly bent.
Once you have learnt this basic technique, you will quickly pick up new tricks.
It may seem difficult the first time you try, but experience shows that most people can learn this
sport in a few hours.
