TIGHTENING YOUR AMERICAN NINJALINE:
Check to make sure you have both ends at the same, correct height.
Step 1:
Feed the end of the American NINJALINE through the ratchet,
taking up ALL the slack
. Make sure the line is not twisted.
YOU MUST
Pull the line tight before using the ratchet
. The ratchet should be
facing down. See photo. You should be finished with tightening when
you cannot ratchet anymore. The ratchet should be hidden under the
line. YOUR LINE SHOULD BE TIGHT.
Note: Make sure the line is threaded straight through the ratchet (not at an
angle). Failure to do this will weaken the ratchet and may cause it to break.
RELEASING THE RATCHET:
To remove or reposition your AMERICAN NINJALINE obstacles OR to take down your line, you will have to loosen your line
first!
Step1:
To release the ratchet, pullup the vinyl coated gate inside
the ratchet handle and open all the way until
FLAT EXPECT A
“POP”
Step2:
The second release gate should open, releasing the spool and the line
tension
should “pop”
open with NINJALINE releasing.
Step3:
Continue to pull on the line till there is little tension left. You can
now reposition or remove your obstacles.
Slide the remaining line out of the ratchet.
Note: To release all gates, open ratchet flat.
Webbing will be free to unwind.

MANDATORY LOAD STRESS TEST
Step 1
: Make sure all your connections are tight
–
See INSTALLING YOUR NINJALINE™ section
Step 2: MANDATORY LOAD STRESS TEST YOUR
LINE
. Using either a 250 LBS(113kg) weight or person,
have them test the NINJALINE™ by suspending the
weight 5 feet(152cm) from each end.
Step 3: Keep your course clear -
Bystanders should maintain a safe distance from the line 10ft (3.1m) to prevent
impacts by person’s jumping down from the line. If you are unsure about your health for
AMERICAN
NINJALINE™, please consult with your doctor before attempting.
