3.8.2  Battery Type Identification 

Figure 10 and Figure 11 show the battery labels which appear on the underside of the 
terminal. The rechargeable battery has NiMH after the part number and the non-
rechargeable battery has Li/FeS2 after the part number.

3.8.3  Battery Lid Matching 

It is important to only install rechargeable batteries in the rechargeable terminals and 
non-rechargeable batteries in the non-rechargeable terminals. Figure 12 and Figure 13 
show the IDP-800 and battery covers for the non-rechargeable (red dots) and 
rechargeable (green dots) terminals. The color dots on the lid and in the battery 
compartment must match.
