Pay attentIOn tO tHe FOllOWInG IMPOrtant POIntS:  

 

> All straps and buckles should be checked for wear and tear and damage. -> Espe-

cially in places which are difficult to access, 

 

>e. g. the inside of the main suspension.

 

> Seatboard and protectors must not be damaged. To make sure, the seat board and 

protectors should be taken out of the harness at  reasonable intervals in order to 
check thoroughly for damage. A damaged carbon seat board can cause damage to 
adjacent parts (e.g. main suspension straps). Therefore, this area should be checked 
particularly well!

 

> Inspect all seams and if in doubt, have them resewn, so that the problem does not 

spread.

 

> Particular attention should be paid to the installation of the rescue. Check the pins, 

elastic material and velcro as well.

 

> Both carabiners should be checked for damage and replaced if neccessary.

 

> In case of doubt, please consult an expert. 

 

rePaIrS
All repairs involving the load-bearing parts of the harness must be undertaken by the 
manufacturer or by an authorised repair operation, in order to ensure that the correct 
materials and workmanship are used. The certification and guarantee of the harness 
can be invalidated if repaired by an unauthorised operation.
