Please read this manual carefully prior to using the unit.

Set the volume of the microphone to a level that doesn’t cause feedback in order to prevent 
damages to the audio equipment. 

Keep away from high temperatures, humidity and strong vibrations. 

Also read the manual of the unit to which the microphone will be connected prior to operating 
it. 

 

CONNECTION OF THE MICROPHONE: 

Plug the XLR plug into the microphone (3) until it clicks into position. (Make sure that the 
microphone is switched OFF when you plug or unplug the lead). 

Push the small switch on the XLR plug to unplug it from the microphone. 

The microphone is fitted with a 5/8” internal thread (2) which fits on every standard 
microphone stand. 

1 = Ground (earth)  2=   3= Signal – (fig. 1) 
 

OPERATION: 

The microphone is switched ON and OFF via the switch (1).  

Set the microphone to the OFF position prior to connecting or disconnecting it from a mixer or 
any other audio equipment. 

Speak into the microphone at a distance of 2 to 5cm. Reduce or increase this distance 
accordingly in order to get a regular, natural sound  

Place the microphone in a way that it doesn’t cause feedback. It is recommended to position 
the microphone at the same level or behind the speakers (fig. 2) 

Do not drop the microphone. 

Keep the microphone dry. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity. 

 

CARE: 

Clean the case of the microphone with a tooth brush or a soft, dry cloth. Do not use aggressive 
cleaners or solvents. If the case and /or the wind cap are very dirty, you can clean them with water. 
Remove the 5 screws on the front side and take out the wind cap. Clean it with water and wait until it 
has dried completely prior to inserting it. 
WARNING!! WATER WILL DAMAGE THE MICROPHONE ELEMENT. THEREFORE THE GRILLE 
AND THE CAP MUST BE COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE YOU PUT THEM BACK IN PLACE.
