Scheduled Maintenance Inspections

1.1-7 Platform Assembly

(B)

Ensure there are no loose or missing parts

and there is no visible damage.

Ensure all fasteners are securely in place.

Ensure all railings are properly positioned

and secured.

Ensure gate/drop-bar(s) are in good working

order.

Ensure footswitch is in good working order

and has not been modified, disabled or

blocked.

Ensure lanyard attachment anchorages are

secure and there is no visible damage.
