You acknowledge that the Product Software contains valuable trade secrets
and proprietary information of Skydrop, that any actual or threatened breach of
Section 2 (Restrictions) of this EULA will constitute immediate, irreparable harm
to Skydrop for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and
that injunctive relief is an appropriate remedy for such breach.
Neither the rights nor the obligations arising under this EULA are assignable by
you, and any such attempted assignment shall be void and without effect.
Any notice to you may be provided by email to the address that you registered
with Skydrop.
If any provision of this EULA is unenforceable, such provision will be changed
and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest
extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue
in full force and effect.
All waivers by Skydrop will be effective only if in writing. Any waiver or failure
by Skydrop to enforce any provision of this EULA on one occasion will not
be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other
occasion.
Except as otherwise provided in this section, no amendment to this EULA will
be valid unless it is in writing and hand-signed by the parties.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits
for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of
the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
