In most cases, your parallettes will be a
little wobbly on the floor after assembly.
Make sure that you have already attached
the self-adhesive pads to the pedestals and
follow these steps to stop this:
1. Unscrew the bottom screws slightly and
align the pedestals so they are at right an-
gles to the grip. Retighten the screws.
2. Find a piece of completely plain floor and
place your parallettes on it. Unscrew both
top screws with a full turn to the left - both
main pillars should be a little shaky now.
3. Put some pressure on the grip by leaning
on it with one arm. Screw the first top screw
back inside by about a quarter turn with the
other. Repeat this with the other top screw.
4. Repeat step 3 until both top screws are
tightened again.
Im Normalfall stehen deine Parallettes nach
dem Zusammenbauen etwas wackelig am
Boden. Gehe sicher, dass du die Pads auf die
Standfüsse geklebt hast und befolge diese
Schritte, um das zu beheben:
1. Löse die Bodenschrauben und richte die
Standfüsse so aus, dass sie im rechten Win-
kel zum Griff stehen. Schraube sie wieder zu.
2. Finde ein Stück vollkommen flachen
Boden und stelle deine Parallettes darauf
ab. Drehe die beiden Griff-Schrauben eine
volle Drehung nach links - beide Standbeine
sollten jetzt etwas wackelig sein.
3. Lehne dich mit einem Arm auf den Griff
und drehe mit dem anderen zuerst die eine
Griff-Schraube etwa eine Vierteldrehung
hinein, dann die andere.
4. Wiederhole Schritt 3 bis beide
Griff-Schrauben wieder fest sitzen.
