ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
Tools needed for assembly and adjustment
WARNING
Disconnect the plug from the power source before performing any
assembly, adjustment or repair to avoid possible injury.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, never connect plug to power source outlet until
all assembly steps are completed.
Installing sanding disc and guard
(Fig. 2 & 3)
1. Remove the backing from the sanding disc.
Align the perimeter of the disc with the
sanding plate and press the disc firmly into
position all the way around (Fig. 2).
2. Locate the disc guard and two Phillips
screws.
3. Position the disc guard against the guard
mounting holes.
4. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included),
tighten the Phillips screws (ST4.2X10)
securely, applying light pressure to thread
the holes (Fig. 3).
WARNING
To avoid injury, use
6” (150 mm) abrasive discs
only.
