The charger LED indicator will illuminate continuously to indicate that the charger
is connected.
4. If the battery pack is fitted to a pump the Pocket Pump will detect that the charger
has been connected and enable the full charging rate. When the Pocket Pump
detects that the battery pack is fully charged, it switches to a trickle charge mode.
The charger LED indicator will remain illuminated continuously in both full and
trickle charging modes.
5. If the battery pack is charged whilst not fitted to a Pocket Pump, charging will
occur at the trickle charge rate and will require an overnight charge to fully charge
the battery pack.
6. It is recommended to disconnect the charger from the battery pack after a period
of 24hours to maintain optimum battery life and performance.
7. The charger can be used as a mains adaptor to enable extended operating
times for the Pocket Pump. Simply connect the charger to the pump battery
pack charging socket and operate the pump as normal. The battery pack will
be maintained in a fully charged state whilst the charger provides the power to
operate the pump.
8. It is recommended to disconnect the charger from the electrical supply when not
in use to save the energy the charger consumes when on standby.
