Use joggle wheel to set target PULSE (pre

set value=100), and press START/STOP to
workout with set target heart rate. Keep both
hands on the handsensors during workout.

TIME begins to count up. DISTANCE/CA

LORIES/RPM/SPEED/HEART RATE will
also be displayed.
3. The character animation will proceed every
0.1 km (or mile).

When actual PULSE value is 50% high

Press START/STOP button to stop workout
(STOP icon will flash).

Press RESET in STOP mode to return to
function setting menu.
