This warranty is effective for one year from the date of purchase.
If problems arise due to manufacturer's defects within this period, this item can be replaced free of charge. In such cases,
customers must confirm the receipt to our staff as proof of the date of purchase.
If they cannot submit the receipt of the payment we will calculate one year from the manufacture date. Please retain the
receipt for a year.
In the following cases of failure or damage of the product, repair costs shall be charged during the warranty period.
Negligent handling or improper use of the product.
Any product repair, remolding, disassembly or cleaning undertaken by the user.
Natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, or lightning.
Improper use such as dropping, impact, pressurizing, dust, sand, or flooding.
Careless storage (hot and humid locations or intense cold).
Caused by using consumables or components that are not genuine products.
If it is impossible to verify if the product is genuine. (If the serial number plate is damaged).
The warranty regulations on the repair, replacement, and refund of the product shall be in accordance with the customer
injury compensation rules of the notification of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
The holding period of key components is 3 years.
The design, specifications and user's manual of this product are
subject to change without notice for performance improvement.
