RTU User Manual

EMAIL/SMS ALARM NOTIFICATIONS

Click on the alarm indicator to launch the “Bit Alerts” dialog box.

Click on “Select Users” to select which User will be notified when the alarm goes ON (condition set

Alert), and when the alarm goes OFF (condition reset alert). Multiple Users may be selected for

notification. To create additional Users, see “NEW USER SETUP” on page 19.
Type in the Alert text message that will be delivered. You do not need to include the name of the

station in the text as it is always sent as part of the notification.
